This morning we headed to the Ferry Building in San Francisco in hopes of finding some stylish men. Oh boy, did we hit the jackpot! We saw the best-dressed men that we’ve seen in a long time. With the chill in the air, I declare it officially menswear season! The first T&P sighting happened as … Continue reading →

The T&P crew headed to the Ferry Building during Fleet Week to scope out some stylish men. Odds were against us as it was a Saturday, it was super hot and everyone was wearing their Saturday uniform of jeans, tennis shoes, tee shirts and caps. Not exactly the runway, if you know what I mean. … Continue reading →

I found Hyo at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Market in Downtown San Francisco. He was waiting in line for his drink and I asked him if I could take a picture of him for T&P. There was definitely a language barrier issue and at first I didn’t think he knew what I … Continue reading →

Ev’ry heart beats true ‘neath the Red, White and Blue. This is David. He knows how to put together an outfit. Look at those gorgeous leather boots! Everything on this man looks clean. The dark denim. The navy blue blazer paired with the red, white and blue patterned dress shirt. The brown leather belt. Very … Continue reading →

I love how Antonio pairs a cobalt blue tie with a muted olive-brown suit. The contrast is striking and the suit pops, as opposed to choosing a neutral tie. It’s unexpected, and it completely works. The really cool thing about Antonio’s look is the texture of his tie. I’m not sure if the photograph does … Continue reading →

Finding Gabriel Angelo during my latest T&P scouting, was like finding a gold nugget while panning for gold. Just look at him! I found this young T&P man outside of the Westfield Shopping Center on Market in downtown San Francisco. There he was playing his trumpet, in a blue gingham button-up, swiss dot bowtie, suspenders, … Continue reading →

Love the “looks like I’m wearing a tie, but I’m really not” shirt. I spotted Rich in front of San Francisco City Hall. He immediately stood out from the crowd, as the others were wearing baggy jeans and oversized tees. Black and blue are one of my favorite color combinations and Rich does it well … Continue reading →
I spotted this trig&polished man on his way to a first date. Lucky girl! Showing up on a date in a tie is pretty impressive to a woman. I love how he keeps it from looking too corporate by not pairing it with a suit. It’s urban fresh with the military blazer and the leather … Continue reading →

I spotted this dapper looking gentleman outside the Kabuki theatre on Post. His look masters the combination of masculinity, elegance and grace. Of course he’s a music composer and pianist. I didn’t find this out until after we parted ways, but I mean look at him. Isn’t it obvious? Want to hear some wonderful piano … Continue reading →

Running into Michiel was the perfect case of “You’ll find what you are looking for when you stop looking”. After a couple hours of style-hunting around the Ferry Building and really finding nothing that jumped out at us, Alexandra and I decided to take a little break and grab some iced drinks. So there we … Continue reading →
